Quick Fixes

The side panel opens blank

Reload the GoHighLevel tab, then close and reopen the side panel. If it is still blank, make sure you are on an agency dashboard view and are logged in.

The scan stops partway through

Large agencies get paced to respect rate limits. Leave the tab open and let it finish. If it stalled after a network drop, run the scan again and it will pick back up.

A location shows no findings

That location either scanned clean, or a data type failed to load this run. Agency Lens never marks a reference dead against data it could not read, so a failed fetch is reported, not guessed.

My license key is not accepting

License keys verify offline. Copy the full key with no leading or trailing spaces. If it still fails, send the key and your order details below and it gets checked by hand.

It is not loading on Firefox

Agency Lens needs Firefox 121 or newer. Update Firefox, then reinstall the extension from the store listing.
